Most German Shepherds are laid back and it´s very exceptional that you´ll find one extremely dedicated to do this kind of work. Pretty much all of the modern K9 Shepherds are a mix between a German Shepherd and a Malinois or Dutch shepherd. If not then they´re most likely plain Malinois or Dutch Shepherds simply becuase their will to work is alot higher than that of a German Shepherd, they´re bred for this kind of work :) ~K9 Police Officer

    thanks for the info

  • desangrerojiblanca3:

how did u teach him to attack people like this??

  • OMWagghhh:

Huskies shouldn’t be used for protection work. Their natural breed characteristics and their natural working drive are not suitable for protection. If your husky is willing to do this type of thing, then chances are he has a dominant/aggressive tempermant that is not natural. I would reccommend you discontinue protection trials with your animal. (Even though its pretty obvious that you’re only posting this to enhance your e-peen, and you dont have a trained protection dog.)

  • huskylover127:

My Husky doesnt have problems .. She attacks when told , she was trained to do so . German Shepherds are not the ONLy dogs that attack .

  • myez:

Attacking is a lot more complex than it seems. The dog has to attack the arm with the weapon, know exactly how to attack to disable the arm, release on command no matter what and ignore threats unless told to do otherwise.

Any dog can be trained to do it, even a wolf can do it if you dedicated all your time to training it. It’s just that GSDs with proper breeding excel at the job due to their intelligence and flexibility. They aren’t the only breed that excels at it, though.

  • huskylover127:

Yes i KNOW how to train a dog to attack. Like i said my Siberian husky DOES attack when told on the correct arm .

  • myez:

I’m not doubting you, that would be rude of me. You should stated you were a professional trainer from the start.

I see you make a lot of videos of your Huskies, they are very beautiful and well bred. You should show a video of one doing proper attack exercises, I’ve never seen a *pure* Husky perform like the GSD in this video. Most people won’t train them for the purpose because they have a poor physiology for the job.

My compliments again, very nice dogs.

    GSD all the way!

  • moonshadowsheps1:

That is at least a $10,000 dog and worth every penny. I would be curious to know how much someone did pay for him.

  • sickasapuppy:

    Friend till the end…

  • sickasapuppy:

It will never be a attack dog like a malinois, or a Dutch Sheppard (Hollandse Herder).. But he’s good..
    And i like mine… For EVAH !

  • shananoseworthy:

nice dog, he is intense and loves to do what he does

  • teddybear4422:

    best dogs ever

  • W33Dblazer:

i like gsds, rotties or dobermans as protection breeds

  • ryan12629:

    40kg rocket…

  • daehkcarc:

The pitbull actually is not bred for protection it was bred for fighting. The German Shepherd was bred for protection along with the Rottweiler and the Doberman.

  • caseylee94:

The GSD was actually bred to be a working dog, not to protect. That’s just in their nature, one of the bonus’ of owning a GSD I guess.

  • djkAzEn:

German sheperd number 1 and the most intelligent and friendly dog

  • im1greatman:

@1sowild People who use Pitbulls for guarding or protection are stupid. They where breed to be dog aggressive, not the other way around. Just my two cents.

  • 1sowild:

    @im1greatman Well said!

  • JamFromEarth:

Nice. He can sure fly lols.

  • TheJohnnybeez:

    @1sowild true that

  • BayushiEisaku:

Though I still have gotten every dog I’ve owned from a shelter, as far as pure breeds go, I love the german shepherd, though I can’t decide if I like the American or German lines better, both have absolutely beautiful dogs and other benefits
